Six techniques to deal with Stress

When you’re stressed, you are obliged to do anything, You can eat peanut butter with hotdogs (literally something just like that) , you can you can drive the wrong way, you can spill coffee on some important papers, or you can convey a wrong message to your boss. Well actually, Stress could because of anything it is mainly sorted in three types ; Emotional, physical, and work related.

1. Prioritising sleep

If you have spent some nights working to break a leg for an urgent and important presentation or a necessary school project of the next day you probably may have an idea that but sadly this plan won’t work as you expected. You’re not tend to feel focused and confident as you’re supposed to be but your eyes would be hollowed and you’re going to ruin the whole day. Lack of sleep is destructive to your eyes. It lead to a significant and chronic deficiency in sleep. Sleep plays a vital role n good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. Some of the most serious potential problems associated with chronic sleep deprivation are high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure or stroke. Other major problems include obesity, depression, impairment in immunity and lower sex drive. Chronic sleep deprivation can even affect their appearance.

2. Being physically aware

Taking better care of our bodies means increased energy levels, and a better ability to accomplish our daily goals. It means better ability to concentrate on any given task, and that our tasks will take less time to complete. In our day to day routine we’re denying the important and undeniable things that we shouldn’t. A little stomach pain, a sometimes occurring headache or a paralyzed state of the legs can lead to some critical problems ahead, though medicine could heal the pain for some time, overdose of pills can have side effects on the other internal body parts such as the throat, stomach, lungs, liver, pancreas, heart, brain, nervous system.

Physically awareness also means that you should concentrate on your physical health. You can make time for exercising twice a week or you can go for cycling with your friends on the weekends. Exertion of your body helps in reducing risk of breast cancer, type two diabetes, colon and balance the oxygen rate, and the chances of living longer. Even your heart health gets more better. Besides that, it makes you feel refreshed and enthusiastic for working more better the coming week.

3. Focusing on your hobbies

Hobbies are the main source of temporary happiness, (at least until you turn them into the profession) not allowing yourself hobbies can cause you to hide away big parts of your personality. It changes how you interact with people and how you enjoy yourself.Hobbies force you to take a break from your day-to-day stress and carve out time to devote to yourself
They provide a way to declutter your mind. Hobbies let’s you enjoy your time by reading, dancing, hiking or any other stuff you do.

4. Making time for yourself

Spending time with yourself is beneficial to motivate yourself and is a great way to take a step back and give up control, even if for only an hour per week. If you have the right people in place, you should easily be able to delegate tasks in your absence. It allows you to discover your self, emotionally and physically. Spending time with yourself helps you to think independently and knowing your perfection. When you spend time alone, rather than with people you give you time to reprogram your mind and focus on your strengths too. When you are being yourself, you are tend to enjoy your hobbies as mentioned above.

5. Nourishing yourself

“If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have found the safest way to health.”

~ Hippocrates

Nourishment may seem a trivial advice when you couldn’t give yourself enough time. Because no family man living on this planet could spend even 20 mins on the dining table enjoying the breakfast. Everyone is in the rush even though last six months were beyond our wildest dreams we got to spend time with ourselves.

Nourishing the body and the soul is fundamental to living a healthy and balanced life. Nourishing is something that should be practiced every day and is essential in keeping our health, vitality and peace intact it’s a good nutrition and physical activity can help maintain a healthy weight. But the benefits of good
nutrition go beyond weight. Good
nutrition can help: Reduce the risk
of some diseases, including heart disease, diabetes, stroke, some cancers, and osteoporosis. Therefore it is important to feed your body a proper, balanced diet, and exercising at least twice in a week

6. Stop believing assumptions about you

"She looks so far than other girls, she has probably gain some pounds"

"Mina is such a douche bag, she didn't even know how to cook"

"A person like him don't deserve good friends, he doesn't look good"

And a lot of assumptions like this are spread with the air. Making Assumptions about someone is a way of bullying someone emotionally, In an Institute or in a school people especially introverts, shy or people with some other problems are the main victims of bullying. These demotivates someone’s perspective about themselves. We unconsciously make assumptions and judgements about other people’s behavior, other people’s intentions behind their behavior, and our own behavior and intentions and treat them accordingly. This could lead someone to depression, anxiety or negative self esteem which could indirectly effect someone’s way of working and decision making too. Many people believe these kind of assumptions despite the things they’re capable of, or good at. However It is important to have enough self belief and ignore people. Before believing what is assumed, get clarification about the statement. Also, do not overthink about those facts.
Often, I see many teenagers being hard on themselves for their faults, for which they’re being blamed. For example, if a girl is being bullied for her body she may suffer an eating disorder like Aneroxia, she stretches herself thin and exercise hard which disturbs the body functions.
Anorexia nervosa occurs in about 0.5% of girls and young women in developed societies and It is very rare in men. No one know yourself better than you do. You know what makes you feel better, what effects you badly. Be aware of the way the society affects your sanity and physical health.

Let me know how you handle your stress..!
