Six transparent reasons why you’re feeling tired all the time

Do you feel like you’re drained? Or you’ve became so much lazy and you’re continually being procrastinating? There are certain habits (that often remains unnoticed) which triggers exhaustion. There are some medical and ‘valid’ reasons why you’ve been like this. 

Here it goes :


Calories are units of energy found in food. Your body uses them to move and fuel processes like breathing and maintaining a constant body temperature.

When you eat too few calories, your metabolism slows down in order to conserve energy, potentially causing fatigue. Lacking or less access of vital nutrition, calories and other minerals than needed which doesn’t provide the complete energy could cause tiredness. 
Make a healthy diet plan.

Being Overweight

Being overweight delays all your tasks, as to bear the weight of your body all the energy is consumed in managing to bear the weight while performing certain activities or tasks. Thus, it could lead to constant tiredness it could also develop craving for food.

Well to stop this. You must walk at least 5 kms every day, have a balanced diet and exercise daily. Don’t be hard on yourself, first day, exercise for 5 mins, after a week expand the time to 10 mins.

Keep increasing the time slowly so it doesn’t make your body pain when you exercise and doesn’t make you feel tired.


When you’re under stress, your cortisol and adrenaline increases which creates an takes in charge of your body functioning, often leaving you with exhaustion.

How to deal with stress :


You must know what diabetes is. Diabetes is common in aged people, It imbalances the intake of glucose of the blood which provides energy. Thus, results in lack of energy and causes exhaustion.

Anemia is a condition when your body lacks RBC, Which contains hemoglobin, Without enough hemoglobin, less oxygen reaches your tissues and muscles, depriving them of energy. This is why it makes you feel exhausted.

It could be a result of stress, hard work or a lack of a decent night’s sleep but it could also be related to having too high or too low blood glucose levels.

A lack of folate and vitamin B-12 may also impact your body’s ability to make red blood cells. If your body can’t process B-12 properly, you may develop pernicious anemia.

Food that will increase your Red blood cells :
Red meat, such as beef.
Organ meat, such as kidney and liver.
Dark, leafy, green vegetables, such as spinach and kale.
Dried fruits, such as prunes and raisins.

Undiagnosed thyroid issues

Undiagnosed thyroid issues sunce your body’s energy production requires certain amounts of thyroid hormones, a drop in hormone production leads to lower energy levels, causing you to feel weak and tired.

You may not have the energy to exercise, or you may fall asleep during the day or very quickly at night and find it difficult to get up in the morning.

The symptoms of overtiredness can lead to many changes in your mental state, making it more difficult to fall asleep leading to insomnia.

Balance your DIET!

We all feel exhausted, but when it is constant it is needed to be treated. When the scheduled tasks remains the same, but the amount of food is being Detroit, your energy is therefore decreased which leafs to exhaustion.
